Dear Transport for London,
How’re you all doing? Hope you’re all well…

I’d like to inform you that the tube have been making me really stressed… I noticed I’ve been having hair loss as well as a lot of white hair appearing on my head in the past two years, time in which I relied hard on your transport systems. . I’m even considering on getting myself a scooter, so I stop panicking when there’s people waiting for me and Im stuck underground withouth any warning or any news from the conductor or from the platform people… What do you reckon? Can you suggest me a cheap scooter model and one that’s very economic?

I dont know what’s it you do wrong, or how you spend all the money we spend on our travelcards. Probably keeping the trains clean and the platforms neat, well done… Oh! Also keeping a really good consumer complaints service, which, by the way, I have to salute you, for being more efficient than the tube itself… Keep up the good work!

Oh yeah! I’m wondering if the Picadilly line is already working properly, does anyone there know? Well, if so, could you please tell me? Because on monday, after 40 minutes of waiting on the westbound platform on Earls court at 11 in the morning, no one was able to tell me if there was something wrong with it… Actually, after I asked, the tube workers gathered and started a conference on the westbound district line platform to come to a conclusion wheter the picadilly line was fucked up, or it was just god’s will that I’d arrive late at work. Unfortunately I couldn’t join them and wait for their conclusion, as I had to jump on the first district line train toward Acton…

Well, I just wanted to share these thoughts with you. By the way, if any of you guys at Tfl are also suffering hair loss, I’d suggest asking your doctor about Finasteride, Im taking it and its really good.

You all take care,
Don’t work too hard, otherwise you’ll get tired,

Best,
Daniel Florêncio
